Orders are processed inmediately after payments have been confirmed. The order is shipped within an average of 3-4 business days. Sometimes it would take from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Yes, but remember all the items purchased from Global Basic Sources store are under the Return and Shipping Policy. You should read the information before placing an order. No item may be returned that has been opened onto the bed or worn without approval. No item may be returned without approval. Bedding and apparel are very personal items. Only new items will be shipped. If your item is the wrong color or size, you can see through the vinyl without opening it onto your bed or sleeping area. If a wrong color or size is received I will send a replacement at my cost if I have made an error. If the error is of the buyer, return shipping will be at their expense and a 20% restocking fee will be accessed. Approved returns must turn back around to me within three days of receiving.

We only accept returns within 30 days after you received your order, *unless otherwise indicated. You must contact us immediately for Defective items. For Non-defective items contact us 10 days prior to the expiration of this time in order to provide you with all the information you need for the return of the product.

Do I need a paypal account to make Payments using my Credit Card?
-You can pay using your credit card although the Checkout Button says "Pay Via PayPal". After clicking on the "Pay via PayPal" button you will be directed to a page where you will have the option of paying with your PayPal Account or with your Credit Card. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay with your credit card. You will not be charged until you have verified your order.
Shipping in Multiple Packages?
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can get your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. One shipment may arrive as several different packages based on the size or when items are ready to be shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.
