  Global Basic Sources guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We'll happily accept the return or replacement of an unworn, seleable item of a defective, damage or items send in error. Every order that is shipped from us is fully insured against loss,pilferage and damage. We will waive the restocking fee and refund shipping costs, if the wrong item was sent by error from us.

Return & Shipping Policy;

 SHIPPING POLICY:
     All items that you purchased from Global Basic Sources store were made in accordance with our Standard Returned and Shipping Agreement.  You acknowledge and understand wherever you purchase items from us that you have agreed to our Terms, our Policies, and Procedures including those set forth below.  All orders that are shipped from our suppliers are using UPS Ground, DHL Ground or FedEx Ground.
  We  ship our products to United States continental and it's territories including Puerto Rico unless otherwise specify on the product description, please refer to the description for more information.  We require all destinations to be actual street addresses on this case.
  Whenever you place an order with us, you agree to use the tracking system as the final absolute proof in assessing whether or not a package was delivered to you.  If however, the system shows that you did not receive the order then, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you.  If on the other hand it is shown that the package was delivered, then we are not liable for any claims.  If needed, the carrier can submit a photocopy of the delivery receipt, which we will forward to you showing the confirmation of the delivery which will include the date it was delivered and the signature of the person who received the order.
  See the item description for manufacturer warranty information. We will not be liable or responsible for any claims if the address that was given to us when you made your purchase was incorrect or you moved while your order was sent to a former address. For undelivered items, please read below.

Undelivered Item:
  We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered.  We will refund your money (excluding shipping charges) for the item purchased by providing a store coupon credit or send your refund directly.  If you would however, still like to purchase items that were undelivered, you are welcome to place another order.

  This Agreement commences at the time of shipment and ends upon our delivery of the order to your address through our carriers.

Refund:
  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days, unless otherwise indicated.  We will be more than happy to replace your item to availability or refund your money within this time period (except shipping and handling).  Every product you buy from our web site must be free of defects or you may return it for a replacement or a refund (no shipping and handling charges in this case).  Please read below for further information concerning our return policy.

RETURN POLICY:
    
  Our Standard Return Policy covers all merchandise that you purchase from us. Merchandise must meet the conditions listed below, in order for it to qualify for return acceptance.  We only accept returns within the 30 days after you received your order, unless otherwise indicated.  This begins from the day of your delivery.  Please to contact us within 10 days before this time ends at customerservice@gbs-store.com.

  1.  DO NOT return any merchandise without authorization.  Our postal address is NOT for returning merchandise.  Return merchandise that meet our conditions will be given instructions through e-mail of what procedure to follow.  All returned items must have an accompanying Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  You will be given this number through your e-mail instructions.  We will waive the restocking fee and refund shipping costs, only if the wrong item was sent by error from us or if the item is defective. 

  2.  The purchaser MUST contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for a timely response. Please take the time to explain the defective item/s received with addition to; your full name, address, item number, the reference number, and if you want a replacement or credit.  Defective merchandise for return must be in it's original package containing all original packaging material that was sent with it.  Please, not to place any marks or defaced the original package.  Please allow 15 business days to process your credit from date we receive the products back to inventory.

Non-Defective Merchandise:

  1.  All merchandise must be in its original package for return.  If an item inner pack is broken, it is not returnable.

  2.  All merchandise for return along with its package and inner pack must not display any markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

  3.  All merchandise for return must be in a new saleable condition and should not show any signs of being damage due to modification, accident, neglect, misuse or abuse.  If the merchandise is not in a saleable condition, it will not qualify for a return.

4.The merchandise should be shipped freight prepaid. If the product is resalable as received a 20% handling and restocking charge will apply. If returned merchandise needs to be repackage due to damage to the carton, or retail stickers on the carton, 50% credit will be allowed.

Store Credit/Refund:
    
  We offer two options for refunds:

  1.  Credit your next order in the form of a coupon credit code which we will send to you via e-mail.

  2.  Refund sent directly to you.
